My father recently used your services on a trip he made to Florida. Your driver, Paul, met him at the Tampa airport and was to drive him to Sarasota airport on Thursday, January 15 to pick up a rental car. Upon meeting at the Tampa airport, Paul noticed that my dad seemed quite tired and might have difficulty driving a rental car to his final destination. At that point, Paul contacted JoAnn who then called my brother to arrange to take my dad directly to his final destination.

To show this level of care and consideration might be routine for your company, by my experience is that this is not the norm. Our family was quite concerned about Dad making this trip alone, as you might imagine. We all worried about any number of bad situations happening all along the way. You have no idea how grateful we all are for your employees and for the way they treated Dad with dignity and respect and kindness.

For Dad to make this trip alone was a way for him to show that he can still do some of the things he spent his adult life doing. He had nothing to prove to us, but it was important that he do it to show himself. Because of how Paul and JoAnn handled this situation, Dad was able to independently make this trip and make it a success. You were his guardian angels.
